1.- Si no estas delgada no eres atractiva
2.- Estar delgada es lo mas importante.
3.- Compra la ropa adecuada, cortate el pelo, toma laxantes, muerete de hambre...lo que sea para estar mas delgada.
4.- No comeras sin sentirte culpable.
5.- No comeras comida que engorde sin castigarte despues.
6.- Contaras calorias y limitaras tus comidas de acuerdo con ellas.
7.- Los designios de la báscula son los mas importantes.
8.- Perder peso es bueno, engordar malo.
9.- Nunca se esta lo suficientemente delgada.
10.- Estar delgada y no comer demuestran la autentica fuerza de voluntad y nivel de exito
